JEWELLERY HELP: Lewisham Borough Burglary Squad has recovered a quantity of jewellery believed to have been stolen in August and September.

Chain bracelets, rings, gold coins, pendants and watches are among the items. Anyone who has had jewellery stolen is asked to call Det Con Lola Beckles, of Lewisham Burglary Squad, on 020 8284 8366.

BULB PLANTING: On October 27, the Friends of Grove Park Nature Reserve will be planting 3,000 bulbs. Those interested in helping out should meet at 11am at the Grove Park Community Centre in Baring Road, Grove Park. Tools, instruction, refreshments and biscuits will be provided.
