You can get yourself a free pint if your dress up in traditional German clothes for Brockley’s own Oktoberfest.
The “Brocktoberfest” is being held by the Brockley Brewing Company after it celebrating brewing its 500th batch of beer since opening in 2012.
Brewer Jon Travis got out his best set of lederhosen and co-brewer Steve Lawler busted out his attractive dirndl to promote the festival and attract plenty of beer drinkers.
Brocktoberfest will be held inside the brewery itself amongst the tanks with special decorations put up to make it feel more like Bavaria.
A special Munich-inspired brew, where Steve attended the famous Oktoberfest himself, will be on sale at the event.
Mr Travis told News Shopper that anyone attending wearing lederhosen or a dirndl will receive a free pint.
The event will be on October 13 from 5.30pm-11pm at the Brockley Brewing Company brewery in Harcourt Road.
