Kids who need help ditching their training wheels can get bike riding lesson from Lewisham Council this summer.
The scheme is run by the organisation Cycle Confident on behalf of Lewisham Council.
Group lessons for 7 to 11 year-olds are available. There are different levels to choose on depending on the child’s experience.
Lessons are on offer at Downham Health and Leisure Centre on Moorside Rd, throughout August.
Many of the lessons are already taken and so anybody who is interested should make sure they book as soon as they can.
Parents can book their children in for lessons online at https://www.cycleconfident.com/sponsors/london-borough-of-lewisham/.
