Police raided a large cannabis factory at a residential address in Rushey Green.
The entire three bedroom terraced house in Medusa Road was being used as a cannabis factory.
The electricity meter had been bypassed and was in a "very dangerous condition".
Rushey Green Safer Neighbourhood Team executed the warrant and EDF energy attended to make sure the property was safe.
Enquiries are ongoing.
