Huge knives found in Deptford weapons sweep
Three knives were found during a police weapons sweep in Deptford.
Officers found them in "easy reach" in Childers Street on Tuesday.
A police spokesman said: "They were within easy reach and deliberately left there although we haven't had many problems with ASB in the area it's what we generally miss that matters.
"Knives have been deposited in our property store awaiting destruction."
