Break-downs causing delays on M25
There are delays on the M25 clockwise due to earlier broken down vehicles (July 21).
Traffic is slow between junction 4 of the A21 and A224 towards Orpington and junction 5 of the M26 and A21 towards Sevenoaks.
Multiple breakdowns either side of Clacket Lane Services caused queues back through junction 5.
