A man was arrested this morning after police found a stolen defibrillator from the Lewisham Hospital site in his house - and that isn't where the loot ended.
Police executed a warrant at the home in Hither Green Lane after local residents contacted them with concerns about drug dealing and suspicious activity in the area.
There were stolen items scattered throughout the house - including electrical goods stashed on the balcony.
Officers found a goldmine of stolen goods including Oyster cards and a range of hospital equipment.
Defibrillators cost thousands of pounds and are used to deliver a dose of electrical current to the heart, for example during a cardiac arrest.
