A builder is due to appear in court after police seized an axe in Downham.
Dean Ludwick, of Valeswood Road, Downham, has been charged with one count of possessing an offensive weapon in a public place and one count of possessing the Class B drug cannabis.
The 45-year-old was arrested in Downham Way on Friday (January 22).
He has been bailed to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Friday, February 5.
