Downham man pleads guilty to rape.
A man from Downham has admitted raping an elderly woman in Grove Park earlier this year.
Michael Gold, 26, pleaded guilty to three counts of rape during a plea and case management hearing yesterday (September 28) at Croydon Crown Court.
Police were called to the elderly victim's house in Grove Park at around 5am on June 19.
Gold, of Downham, is due to be sentenced at the same court on October 29.
