Protesters staging an overnight sit-in at a Lewisham college have been moved-on by police.
The group, made up of residents, students and trade union activists, began their protest against plans to sell off the Camberwell Campus of Lewisham Southwark College on Monday (July 21).
The sit-in was held in the campus on Southampton Road, Peckham in objection to a vote taken by governors last Tuesday (July 14) to sell off the building, which activists say is due to close imminently.

Met Police officers were called to the college just after midnight but found that 'no criminal offences were disclosed.'
Police were called again, just before 8am, and protesters were asked to leave as a class for trainee security guards was being taught in the college.
