Three people have been arrested after a man and a woman were hit by a car in Lewisham.
The Met Police and the London Ambulance Service (LAS) were called to Gilton Road at 7.15pm last night (July 19) to reports of a 'disturbance'.
Upon arrival they found two people 'lying in the street' after being hit by a car.
MORE TOP STORIES The LAS took them to a south London hospital where they are said to be in a stable condition.
So far three people have been arrested in connection with the incident.
They are being questioned at a south London police station.
The car has been seized, and enquiries continue.
A spokesman for the LAS confirmed they took one patient with leg injuries to hospital as a priority.
