Sophie and Els Spencer, aged seven and nine, held a Wig Wednesday fundraiser at their primary school in Blackheath.
The All Saints Primary pupils aimed to raise around £200 for the children's cancer charity, after cousin Oliver Flynn was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia just before Christmas.
Pupils from All Saints Primary in Blackheath joined Wig Wednesday.
Their mum, Ange Spencer, of St Joseph's Vale, said she is proud of the girls' efforts which were entirely their own idea.
"They just wanted to support anything to do with children with cancer," said the 43-year-old.
She said her nephew Oliver, who has regular visits to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, is doing well with his treatment.
