Following the success of 2011’s original, this warm-hearted comedy sequel sees the excellent mature cast – including Judi Dench, Bill Nighy, Maggie Smith and Celia Imrie – return, as well as the addition of Hollywood star Richard Gere. Managers of The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel Muriel (Smith) and Sonny (Dev Patel) dream of expanding to a second hotel while love is in the air elsewhere.
SPORT – Championship boxing, featuring Tyson Fury, at The O2 on Saturday (February 28)
Undefeated heavyweight Tyson Fury faces a stiff test against big hitter Christian Hammer as he seeks a shot at Wladimir Klitschko’s world title. Chris Eubank Jnr is also on the bill, fighting for the WBA interim world middleweight title and seeking to avenge an unexpected first loss. Go to axs.com
STAGE – Myths and Mysteries – The Real Truth! at The Woodville, Gravesend, on Sunday (March 1)
Retired murder squad detective Trevor Marriott delves into mysteries and cold cases such as Jack the Ripper, the Bermuda Triangle, the lost city of Atlantis, the Mary Celeste and more.
