TWO pubs in Brockley and New Cross have been sold out of administration, it has been announced.
Jam Circus and the Prince Albert, run by the Antic Ltd chain, had been put up for sale along with 10 others after the company's announcement last month.
Now they will be run by a company called Gregarious Ltd, formed by Antic's own operations manager Max Alderman.
Administrator Richard Toone from accountancy firm Chantrey Vellacott DFK said there had been more than 20 formal offers on the businesses.
He said: "We’re pleased to have finalised a deal with the director of Gregarious Ltd and are confident the new owners are well placed to stabilise the leases at each of the pubs and make them a success again."
Antic continues to run a range of other boozers across the area under its Antic London brand.
