FIREFIGHTERS were battling a Forest Hill blaze last night (Feb 13) at a building containing workshops and flats.
Eight engines and 58 firefighters and officers attended the blaze in a building on Havelock Walk.
The fire was in one of the flats and around a quarter of the first floor was damaged by the flames.
Firefighters were called at 5.08pm and it was under control by 7.21pm.
Crews from Forest Hill, West Norwood, Downham, Lewisham, Peckham and Norbury were at the scene.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
