Greenwich, Lewisham, Southwark women honoured by Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust

WOMEN from Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark will be celebrated in a Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust award ceremony.
The charity, set up in memory of the murdered teenager, will mark International Women’s Day with the awards on March 8 at Goldsmiths University.
It will see a handful of ladies, who were nominated by the community, receive recommendations.
A panel of speakers at the event will include Stephen's mother Doreen, human rights campaigner Shami Chakrabarti and Lewisham Deptford MP Joan Ruddock.
Mrs Lawrence said: "As we mark the 20th anniversary of Stephen’s death we want to take the opportunity recognize inspirational women in the local community."
The rest of the week will also feature free workshops, activities and events for local women at the Stephen Lawrence Centre in Deptford.

its fairly obvious the recent influx of immigrants (under the last labour govt.in say last 13years) would want to thank labour for letting them come here and house them in the area,so for any party to get more than a dozen votes in this weather is a good achievment!
maybe gypo joe is trying to hit back with some clever reply but it looks like he has fallen short realising he has made himself look very stupid with his past claims about european funding for MEPs in 2013,had these parties not received substantial casting votes in the first place,they would NOT had been elected into the European parliment in the first place
