A 10-YEAR-OLD Lewisham boy who went missing following a custody battle has been found.
Police say Chukwuxavier Nwobani-Akanwo was found in west London last night (November 28).
He had been missing since 3.30pm on Monday (November 26) when he was picked up by his 18-year-old sister from his school, Tidemill Academy, in Giffin Street, Deptford.
A recent court ruling gave custody of Chukwuxavier to his father and his 48-year-old mother was arrrested on suspicion of abduction in the early hours of yesterday morning.
She appeared before a court accused of breaching the custody order and was remanded in custody to reappear at the court today.
