TWO more men have been arrested after the murder of Thierry Christian-Gnanakumar in Lewisham.

The 22-year-old died from serious injuries to his head and face in the early hours of November 11 after police were called at 9.20pm on November 10 to Lewisham High Street.

A 26-year-old and a 23-year-old were arrested today and remain in custody at a south London police station.

Kohulan Podiappuhamey, 24, of Woodyates Road, Lee, was charged with murder on November 16 and three other men were arrested and bailed to a date later this month.

A post-mortem examination took place on November 11 at Greenwich Mortuary and gave cause of death as severe blunt force trauma to the head and face.

An incident room is open at Lewisham under Detective Chief Inspector Graeme Gwyn of the Homicide and Serious Crime Command (HSCC).
