A 77-YEAR-OLD gran had a tattoo after a dare from her family.
Lillian Foley, of Felixstowe Road, Abbey Wood, wanted to celebrate her 78th birthday with a bang and thought a tattoo would provide just the shock factor she was looking for.
She opted for an English rose on her arm and completed the challenge in Kev's Tattoos in Welling High Street.
Mrs Foley said: "My family haven't stop laughing. They can't believe I took them up on their dare."
Tattooist Kev Gill said: "She was brilliant. She wasn't nervous she giggled and told war stories the whole time.
"I think it's great she's celebrating her birthday this way. The oldest fella I tattoo is 91."
