A SKINHEAD was jailed for life when he was convicted of tying a man up with electrical flex and raping him twice at gunpoint.

Bradley Subosits, 23, loaded a gun in front of his victim, pistol whipped him and threatened to kill him if he cried out during the brutal sexual attack.

Jurors at Snaresbrook Crown Court heard how the 24-year-old victim from Catford was house sitting for a friend in Badet Road, in Limehouse, east London, when he was attacked.

At about 2.30am Subosits rang the flat’s door buzzer, said he was a good friend of the owner and his victim let him in.

Once inside Subosits loaded a gun pointed it at his victim and told him to “sit down and shut up” before using electrical flex to bind his victim’s wrist to his ankles so tightly they turned blue.

He then bent his victim over a sofa and raped him. His victim says he would have preferred to have been killed.

After his arrest and while in custody Subosits sent a letter to a friend in another jail boasting about the crime but denying raping his victim.

Subsosits, of Bush Elms Road, Hornchurch, Essex, was convicted by the jury of two charges of rape, one charge of indecent assault and one charge of false imprisonment against the 24-year-old.

He was also found guilty of possession of a firearm.

The defendant has nine previous convictions including two sexual offences.

Sentencing Judge Timothy King said: “These offences were of the gravest kind. I have come to the conclusion there are good grounds for believing you are a serious danger to the public.” Subosits will remain on the Sexual Offenders’ Register for life.
