OLYMPICS fans will have the chance to be part of the spectacle when the torch comes to Greenwich.
The O2 is the final destination on the London leg of the global Olympic torch relay in the run up to this summer's Olympic Games.
It will travel through nine other boroughs before the grand finale at 6pm on April 6 with the arrival of the final torchbearer and the lighting of the Olympic cauldron.
Organisers have planned the Greenwich event at Peninsula Square to be a mixture of East meets West including Chinese ribbon dancers, gymnasts, and chart act The Sugababes.
The Olympic flame will be carried through London by 80 torchbearers including double Olympic gold medal winner Dame Kelly Holmes and cricketer Kevin Pieterson.
Two hundred tickets are available for the finale at London.gov.uk
on a first come, first served basis.
