A 35-YEAR-OLD man is critically ill in hospital after being attacked near a snooker centre in Eltham.

Police believe the assault could be linked to an earlier disagreement in Racks Snooker and Pool Bar, Well Hall Road.

Two other men sustained minor injuries during the attack by a large group of men between 12am and 12.30am on February 23.

The police want to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and saw what happened or heard anything suspicious.

Anyone with any information about the incident should call the police on 020 8284 9416 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
