A CHARITY’S new bus rolled into a housing estate in an attempt to inspire young people.
The XLP bus visits the Hazel Grove estate in Sydenham every Thursday and has recently upgraded its bus.
Its vehicle is packed with games consoles, laptops for internet access, a chill-out area and even a nail bar.
Alongside the bus, the charity also visits school’s in the area to talk about youth issues like relationships and violence.
Chief executive Patrick Regan said: “We want young people to excel in everything they do.
“We want to provide them with alternatives and help to raise their aspirations.”
