RESIDENTS aged over 60 are being offered the chance to cheer on county cricket teams for free at Lords this summer.
Lewisham senior citizens have been invited to apply for the 2010 season passes, however, places are limited.
Sir Steve Bullock, Mayor of Lewisham said: “I’m bowled over that we are able to give free passes to see county games at the home of cricket.
"So I hope that all Lewisham’s older cricket lovers will catch this offer while they can.”
Interested residents can pick up an application form from Lewisham Council libraries and leisure centres from Monday (Mar15).
The closing date for applications is April 30.
Application forms are available at Lewisham libraries and Lewisham Council leisure centres, or by visiting sportandleisure@lewisham.gov.uk
