SYDENHAM: Arts and crafts fun for community

A SUMMER fair brought the community together through arts, dance, drama and hula hoops.

Visitors to the Forest Fest enjoyed live music, dance, drama and poetry performances by students and performers from the area.

They also got to grips with arts and crafts, visited an arts market and auction as well as other funday activities including sumo wrestling and hula hoop sessions.

The fair at Forest Hill School, Dacres Road, Forest Hill, was held on Saturday (July 4) as part of the Sydenham Arts Festival.

This 10 day arts showcase which ends on Sunday (July 12) features more than 40 events staged across Sydenham.
