YOUNGSTERS are invited to dress up as their favourite fairy tale characters for an Autumn fair.

The fair will be held on September 13 from midday to 5pm at Fairy Hill Park in Crossmead, Eltham Along with entertainment including a Punch and Judy show, face-painting and refreshments, the day will also feature sports races and a five-a-side football competition.

Representatives from Charlton Football Club, the Thames21 waterway charity, the police and fire brigade will also be at the fair.

There will be raffles including the chance to win a signed Charlton Athletic football, and a top dog competition.

It has been organised by the newly-formed Friends of Fairy Hill Park.
