MUMS are being offered help to set up their own online business.
South East Enterprise (SEE), a company which advises and supports small businesses, has offered to help mums in Lewisham and Greenwich boroughs set up their own internet-based business.
An SEE spokesman said: "An online business offers a flexible location, hours to suit and low costs which will be attractive to lots of mums wanting to work around their childcare commitments.
"It is part of a national drive to help more mums back into work funded by the London Development Agency."
Starting on July 8, a series of free, half-day workshops are taking place at the SEE's main office in Burney Street, Greenwich.
The workshops will help women to discuss ideas and find out more about other successful female entrepreneurs.
