AN NHS trust has admitted that it did not meet a key Government target for infection control.
Out of the 45 requirements in the Healthcare Commission's annual health check, Bromley Hospitals NHS Trust did not comply with six of them.
These included its level of cleanliness not meeting the national standard but it says this problem, along with three others, has now been resolved.
But it is still not compliant with the requirement of providing healthcare services in a safe and secure environment or the target of having a planned and practised response to incidents and emergency situations.
Bromley Primary Care Trust failed to meet one of the annual health check targets.
It says it has now resolved the problems with the cleanliness and maintenance of some of the facilities for people with learning difficulties.
Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust declared that it failed to give patients suitable information about the care and treatment they receive.
But the trust says this problem has now been fixed.
