A HOSPITAL has been ranked as one of the best places in the country for nurses to work at.
According to a survey by the magazine Nursing Times, the private BMI Chelsfield Park Hospital, Bucks Cross Road, Orpington, is in the top 100 hospitals in the UK for nurses to work.
The survey includes both the NHS and the independent sector.
It looked at how well employers listened to staff, the level of staff involvement, training, development and mentorship.
The hospital's acting director of clinical services, Sue Jones, said: "I am very pleased we have done so well in this prestigious award.
"We value our staff and try to ensure nurses at BMI Chelsfield Park Hospital have a challenging and rewarding career."
