BROMLEY Community Counselling Service (BCCS) is starting up a support group for people suffering from visual impairment, or those who have been recently diagnosed.
The group will meet for two hours at the Bromley Sight Centre, Blyth Road, Bromley, on alternative Monday afternoons for the next three months.
Spaces are limited to 12 people.
A BCCS spokesman said: “The aim of the group is to learn coping and adjustment strategies, provide help with relationships and emotional wellbeing and teach techniques for managing depression, frustration, anxiety and stress.”
Anyone interested in attending the group should call Carolyn Couchman at BCCS on 020 8460 7711.
