Long delays for commuters returning home after broken down car at Blackwall Tunnel
Commuters returning home can expect delays after a broken down car at Blackwall Tunnel.
The car broke down shortly before 4.30pm today (October 31) at the entrance to the tunnel southbound.
Two of the lanes are blocked and Transport for London have said to expect "long delays".
