Rippolson Road, Plumstead
A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after a car reportedly hit multiple parked vehicles in Plumstead.
Police were called at around 10.30pm yesterday (October 3) to reports of a car crashing into a number of parked cars in Rippolson Road.
The driver had fled from the crashed car before officers arrived at the scene.
A man was arrested nearby on suspicion of being unfit to drive through drink or drugs.
He remains in custody at a south London police station.
There were no reported injuries and police enquiries into the circumstances continue.
