Over 60s will have the opportunity to enter dance workshops in Greenwich this September.
Trinity Laban music and dance conservatoire at the University of Greenwich will be offering the workshops called the September Series.
The dance classes will be open to people of all abilities and teach everything from hip hop to South African dance.
Louisa Borg-Constanzi Potts, programme manager, said: “Dance is a fun and inclusive way for people of all ages and abilities to improve their health and wellbeing.
“We also hope our intergenerational project will offer a chance for lots of different people to collaborate in a safe and creative space.”
Trinity Laban’s September Series takes place between September 4 to 6 and 11to 13 and all days include a free lunch between 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
