Cash and Class A drugs worth thousands of pounds were found during a raid in Deptford.
Officers conducted the raid at an address in Lapwing Tower, Taylor Close and arrested two people.
A search uncovered more than £1000 in cash and Class A drugs with an estimated worth of £4000 to £8000.
Both occupants were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply and money laundering.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: "Evelyn LPT were notified by concerned residents that drugs and associated ASB was being caused by an address in Lapwing Tower, Deptford.
"Evelyn LPT conducted patrols and spoke with concerned residents building up enough evidence to obtain a search warrant for drugs at Bromley magistrates on 11/01/17.
"Utilising support from the Neighbourhoods Tasking Team officers gained entry today and detained two persons inside."
Both suspects are currently at a south London police station.
