An ambulance and a car have crashed into each other minutes away from Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich.
The collision happened at the junction of the hospital approach and Ha-Ha Road at around 12.30pm.
The London Ambulance Service (LAS) said there were no injuries and it wasn't necessary to send another ambulance to the scene.
They couldn't confirm whether a patient was inside the ambulance at the time of the crash.
