The Blackwall Tunnel
There are long delays at the Blackwall Tunnell northbound entrance after two lorries broke down inside.
The tunnel was closed for over half an hour until 5.45am this morning – but all lanes have been reopened.

Subsequently, there is heavy congestion in Shooters Hill Road (Sun in The Sands roundabout).
