Showers consisting of rain, hail, sleet and snow will hit south-east London today.
After a dry, bright but cold start, showers will develop through the morning, according to the Met Office.
There is a risk of thunder in the afternoon with a maximum temperature of 10°C.
The wintry showers are expected to die away through the course of the evening – but clear skies will result in frost.
