A woman was rushed to hospital after a motorbike knocked her down in Blackheath.
The accident happened on Shooters Hill Road, the A2, near its junction with General Wolfe Road, earlier this morning (January 29).
A woman, reported to be in her 40s, suffered a leg injury in the crash.
The Met Police confirmed they were called to reports of a female pedestrian being hit by a motorbike just after 6.30am.
MORE TOP STORIES The London Ambulance Service (LAS) sent a single responder by car and an ambulance to the scene.
She was taken to Lewisham Hospital.
Her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Roads were closed in the aftermath of crash, and despite them reopening, heavy queues remained in the area heading westbound.
