An 18-year-old convict from Greenwich threatened to stab his victim with a kitchen knife when he robbed him in his own home.
Dean Price has been sentenced to three years and six months imprisonment in a young offenders' institute for the robbery which took place in January 2014.
Price visited the 17-year-old victim at his home, before demanding he hand over his phone and pin number.
When the teenager refused Price went into the kitchen, grabbed a large kitchen knife and threatened to stab his victim in the leg.

Fearing for his life the victim handed over his phone and pin number, before Price fled the property stealing a console on his way out.
Officers from Greenwich CID arrested Price on January 17 and charged him with robbery on July 31 last year.
Detective Constable Husna Nessa said: "Police have worked closely with the victim and were able to secure crucial evidence which was presented before the courts.
"Price is now facing a lengthy jail term at a youth offenders' institute."
Price, of St John's Park, was convicted on June 16 by a jury at Woolwich Crown Court after pleading not guilty to robbery.
