A yellow weather warning has been issued for south east London and north Kent.
The Met Office issued the warning for rain today (August 26) which covers most of the south east of England.
MORE TOP STORIES With summer seemingly over, we can expect outbreaks of heavy rain which coupled with recent wet weather could cause flooding.
Some areas could see as much as 40mm of rainfall.
The bad weather may also affect public transport, so check your journeys and take extra care today.
