Charlie Finch, 21, suffered stab wounds to his chest in the incident
A 17-year-old has been charged after a stabbing in Blackfen last week.
The incident happened in Wellington Parade at around 9.30pm last Friday (June 19).
Vehicle technician Charlie Finch, 21, from Footscray, was rushed to hospital in a serious condition after suffering stab wounds to his chest.
Two men were arrested in connection with the incident.
A 17-year-old boy from Eltham has been charged with GBH and possession of a firearm, and appeared at Bexley Magistrates' Court on Monday (June 22).
An 18-year-old man, arrested on suspicion of GBH, has been bailed until mid-July.
