Owners of three peacocks who brazenly walked into Woolwich Barracks yesterday (May 19) have been tracked down.
The King's Troop tweeted this picture showing two of the birds at the barracks.
They wrote: "Is anyone in the Woolwich area missing three peacocks?!"
Afterwards, many people contacted Maryon Wilson Animal Park to see if the birds belonged to them.
However, according to the park, they belong to the owner of Woolwich Garrison Barracks Lake. It is thought they may have been startled by nearby building works.
A spokesman for Maryon Wilson Animal Park said: "We are so grateful that the park has such wonderful neighbours looking out for its furry and feathered residents!"
The barracks visit is the third time in a month the unusual birds have been spotted in SE18.

And two weeks later, they were spotted in nearby Frances Street.
