Rail giant Southeastern will hold ‘Meet the Manager’ sessions at Lewisham and Greenwich local stations next month.

Senior managers will be available to share information about upcoming timetable changes and answer questions.

The sessions will give commuters the chance to air their views directly to the operator’s decision-makers as well as learn more about the impact of the £6.5 billion government-funded Thameslink programme to rebuild London Bridge.

Alison Nolan, customer relations manager at Southeastern, said: “There will be major changes to our timetable from 11 January as a result of the Thameslink Programme work at London Bridge, so these special meet the manager sessions are an opportunity to talk face-to-face with our passengers about the impact this will have on their journeys.

“This is just the first stage of our plans to communicate service changes to our passengers over the next few months and we’re also sharing information on our website, Twitter feed and through posters at stations around the network.”

The two hour meetings from 4.30pm will be held at Deptford and Woolwich Arsenal stations on November 10, New Cross and Greenwich the following day and Lewisham and Maze Hill on November 12.
