A distraught mother claims fumes from a Greenwich pub are making her disabled son ill - as a crunch meeting on the issue takes place tomorrow.
Theresa Spenceley, 60, says the revamped Cutty Sark pub in Ballast Quay - which now features an extended dining area - has a low-level ventilation system which pumps out fumes towards neighbouring properties.
And she says her 38-year-old son Paul, whose Enderby Street home is opposite the back of the pub, has been left vomiting by the fumes.
Ms Spenceley said: "Because he's autistic, it's hard enough situation without all this too."
The Charlton resident has organised a petition and has been lobbying Greenwich Council and local MP Nick Raynsford to take action.
But a case review showed the council found no statutory nuisance caused by the pub, but ruled the extractor had been fitted without planning consent.
A planning committee, adjourned from July, will meet tomorrow (September 17) to discuss the pub's plans for a new extract duct to replace the unlawful one.
A spokeswoman for pub owners Young's said they were unable to comment ahead of the hearing.
