POLICE have released a series of CCTV images showing people they want to trace following violence involving Millwall and Charlton-supporting thugs.
Lewisham police have released 17 images in total of people who were at the December 1 game at The Den, which ended in violent scenes involving a minority of fans.
A spokesman said: "Just before the final whistle two flares were thrown onto the pitch by fans of Charlton Athletic.
"This was then followed by disorder between Millwall and Charlton Athletic fans where missiles were thrown resulting in officers being injured, criminal damage being caused and public order offences being committed.
"In total, 10 officers were injured receiving injuries that included cuts to their head, legs and hands. Two police horses also received cuts to their legs from smashed bottles."
