iPhone app leads cops to Chislehurst burglary suspects in Greenwich

AN iPHONE app helped police track down two men in Greenwich suspected of burgling a house in Chislehurst this morning.

Police were called to Sylvester Road at about 5.50am after homeowners in Sylvester Road discovered their iPad, various electronic items and their car had been stolen overnight.

The victims used the Find My iPhone app which showed the iPad was in Brownspring Drive, Greenwich, and police cars were sent to the road.

After a street search the car was found and a suspect ran away.

A second suspect was found in the car and both have now been arrested.

All of the stolen property has been recovered.

An 18-year-old man from Mottingham and a 19-year-old man from Bromley remain in custody at Bromley Police Station.

Correct, however that's not what the report says.

Just like the Bromley postcode on another story actually comes under Borough of Lewisham? These postcodes are weird because where I live, if I go out of my back gate I'm in SE14 but my postcode says SE8 from the front!! That's why the emergency services get confused.
