ROASTED, mashed, boiled or baked - the hunt is on to find Kent’s best potato recipe.
Potato lovers are being invited to share their favourite recipes with manyfacesofpotatoes.co.uk, which has teamed up with celebrity chef James Martin.
The region’s winning dish will go head-to-head with 12 other UK regional favourites to fight for a spot in a national TV ad and win a luxury family holiday.
Ingredients featured in the recipe must be easily found in everyday kitchen cupboards and the dish must be made in 30 minutes or less.
James Martin said: "This competition not only offers budding chefs up and down the country the chance to show off their culinary skills to the nation, it will also hopefully inspire more people to cook with the great British spud."
The competition closes on April 14.
