A teenage boy has been treated for burns to his hands after a fire in Gravesend.
The blaze broke out in Suffolk Road at about 4.50pm yesterday (July 25).
A shed and fence were alight, and upon Kent Fire and Rescue Service’s arrival, the fire had spread to another shed and a number of other fences.
A teenage boy was treated by firefighters for the effects and breathing in smoke and burns to his hands.
He was then placed in the care of paramedics.
Crews used breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire, which lasted for nearly an hour.
