The crash happened in Harmer Street, Gravesend
A 41-year-old man has been arrested over a two-car crash in Gravesend.
Police were called to the smash in Harmer Street just after 9.30am this morning (June 24).
The man was arrested on suspicion of refusing to provide a specimen and driving without a licence or insurance.
No injuries have been reported.
