After a dry and bright start to this morning, heavy cloud is expected to set in at around 11am today (April 18).
It is expected to remain cloudy throughout the afternoon, with a chilly breeze, although the Met Office predict it will remain dry.
There will be highs of 13C, and lows of 5C overnight - whilst the "odd spot of light rain" is possible.
Tomorrow will be much the same - cloudy with the odd spot of light rain at first, this dying away by lunchtime.
TODAY'S TOP STORIES:
The afternoon should be dry with some bright or sunny intervals developing, and the mercury will peak at 14C.
Meanwhile, early reports suggest Wednesday and Thursday should be dry with some sunshine, and perhaps the odd shower Thursday.
The weather should be warmer than recently, but chilly at night.
Friday will probably be cloudy, with some rain and a cool breeze.
